| T a r g e t Day Celebration Saturday, July 3 at the Craneway Pavilion featuring Oakland East Bay Symphony Free to the public Inside the historic Ford Point Building on the waterfront in Richmond, a patriotic celebration for the whole family featuring live music, food and fireworks. 7:00pm: Live music by local performers 8:00pm: Oakland East Bay Symphony concert conducted by Michael Morgan that includes Disney classics and a medley of works by American composer John Philip Sousa, among others. 9:15pm (aprox): Grand Finale Patriotic music accompanying the City of Richmond's spectacular fireworks display over the water.
