This Friday, June 25th, David Martin’s House Party will perform at the new “state of the art“ Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, Ca. The DMHP dance concert show will commence at 9:00pm with no opening act. Pre-event lunch and dinner will be available on site at the popular Boilerhouse Restaurant. The facility features a huge dance floor, vivid LED video panels, Meyer Array Sound System and breathtaking views of San Francisco and San Francisco Bay.
One of San Francisco’s premier party bands for over twenty two years, this “interactive” eleven piece all-star group has gained a national reputation for their high energy performances, incredible musical variety, and “anything can happen” hi-jinx. Recent David Martin’s House Party appearances include The Waldorf Astoria in New York City, two special performances for Wine Spectator Magazine, concertizing in Oahu, Palm Springs, and San Diego; and selling out the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno for their 2009 VIP New Years Gala.
David Martin is a Bay Area native who began his musical career at the age of six. Known for his powerful vocals and sparkling guitar work, David was a founding member of legendary San Francisco “New Wave” faves The LLoyds and The Buzztones. Martin has assembled a remarkable group of established musician/entertainers including Bobby Strickland (Todd Rundgren, Phil Lesh), Byron Allred (Steve Miller, Todd Rundgren), Gerald Goudeau (Race & Rhythm), Christina Sabatelli (Tubes, Starship), Tim Allen (Silvercreek), Timo Guierrez (Viva Brazil), Rob Russ, and Tim Taylor. Rounding out the group’s lineup are the award winning dance artists Sandra Leathley and Stephanie Romano.
